Mainstream Adoption a Blessing or Curse?
Over the past few weeks, the OSA has published two reports that point to an industry in transition -- a Customer Forum Summary report and a CEO Predictions 2008 report. Open Innovation
OpenIT Works CEO Mike Grove showcases two results of the Open Solutions Project -- a negotiation between two member CIOs over a solution to a shortcoming in SAP, and a business school CIO finding a way to convince suppliers to act as "second sources" -- to show that the principles of open source software development apply to innovation in general.
