Taking a personal stake in energizing the OSA meta-community, the ever-busy Gopi Ganapathy, founder of platform-builder Essentia, has taken on the challenge of leading the Community and Business Development Working Group for OSA. Essentia provides a stable, feature-rich home for the OSA public website and community collaboration portal, initially modeled on JasperForge, the successful community it built for OSA member Jaspersoft, and on the mother-of-all open source developer meta-communities, SourceForge, also an OSA member. |

In at the Start, In for the Long Haul
Enterprise Architect Uwe K.H. Vieille of Unisys has led a team of Unisys engineers working on the Common Customer View project for OSA since its inception. Along with another Unisys engineer early on, and now with Mike Moody of Jaspersoft, Uwe coordinates the efforts of other OSA member companies in their contributions to this demonstration project for interoperability best practices.

Strategy Leader Takes Hands-On Role
As one of the co-leaders of OSA Interoperability Team, Mike Moody brings extensive engineering and management experience to the table. Currently serving as Jaspersoft's vice president of engineering, Mike has held similar positions at several proprietary software and hardware companies, and has published several technical papers. He led the effort to create and maintain CCV's technology roadmap from the project's inception.
